Holiday Hustle, Revamp, and Mature Basics are groups run throughout the year (usually around the holidays and the new year).  These are all virtual but offer workouts to follow each week during the series and some offer a deep dive into nutrition.  These are meant to get you into an exercise routine, provide an extra challenge for what you're already doing, and offer guidance during times of the year that seem to be a bit more challenging.

ONE ON ONE COACHING

This is the more comprehensive way to work with a coach.  As a one on one client you get the highest level of attention and individual modification. 

An individual background will be evaluated making your program customized to your specific goals, history, and likes/dislikes.  Nutrition and/or training plans are offered one on one.  Clients check in weekly with progress and modifications are made to the plan to ensure you continue to work toward your goals.  These plans are all virtual so you are able to become a one on one client regardless of where you live.  Barring there is availability to take on additional clients, one on one clients can begin at any time of the year.

Summer Sweat, Shape Up, and Fall Out are periodic workout series that are run throughout the year.  These are a set length (usually about six weeks) and in person workouts are run a couple of times a week with virtual options for those who aren't local.  This gets you access to a private community of other workout members and access to replays of the workouts for a lifetime.
